Dr Mira White

                                                                        Pastoral Psychology

Clinical Psychologist and Educational and Developmental Psychologist, counsellor, lecturer and group leader.

PhD was in the area of perinatal psychology.
 

Mira Primrose White has twenty-five years of extensive and varied clinical experience working with women’s health including peri-natal depression and anxiety, and children and adolescents (and their families) who present with a wide range of learning, emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns. 
 

Mira has also been a psychology lecturer and tutor at Monash for almost ten years and has previously taught Early Childhood Education in the TAFE system.
Mira was recently awarded a teaching Fellowship with the Higher Education Academy (of Advanced HE), meeting the UK Professional Standards Framework for teaching and learning support in higher education settings.

Primrose's main teaching area is Professional Ethics.

 

She has also been a member of the Australian Psychological Society's Ethics Committee since 2019.
